Daily Inspirations

My fellow brethren in Christ Jesus blessings to you all. Now earlier this morning something deep was weighing in my spirit which the Lord laid upon my heart. We often fail and sin because we blame it on human nature and say, ‘God knows I am only human this overcame me’, yet His word instructs us not to be overcome by evil but to overcome evil with good.
If only we can admit that we are unrighteous in His sight then surely there is room for change, yet for some of us we are so adamant that we are in right standing with God when we are not. Selah for a moment and consider your ways to see if you are in the Will of the Father.
As I heard the voice of the Lord this morning He said to me look closely to this verse and pay attention to my words; Matthew 7:11
[11]If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good and advantageous gifts to your children, how much more will your Father Who is in heaven [perfect as He is] give good and advantageous things to those who keep on asking Him!
So I began to analyse it and I was hurt by the reality that Christ Jesus said, ‘evil as you are.’
I saw this as a call for repentance because truth be told if any man thinks he stands, you must take heed lest you fall and if you say you have no sin, you are a liar and the truth of God is not in you. Today I am not writing to make you feel goosebumps and like the words but this is an urgent call to repentance!
Listen, revival will never come without repentance; restoration will never come without repentance; blessings will never come without repentance- and it takes being righteous before God to enjoy heaven’s dew!
So do a thorough analysis or self introspect and see areas you need working on in order for you to harness the righteousness that comes through Christ Jesus our Lord and then work it. You complain of delay and stagnation yet you are living in sin and not working on your righteousness with the Father. Don’t you get it, it is them that hunger and thirst for righteousness that will be filled in every area of their lives. If you are too lazy to pray Heaven is lazy to release it’s rain.Why should someone get paid if they have not laboured?
Surely you can’t wait for food to cook itself in order for you to eat and enjoy. A bad meal is as a result of the one who made it. Without proper or adequate preparation there is never good results.
Realize that it is those that study the word for themselves who are rewarded not the ones who hear it through someone else.
Com’on let’s get serious and let’s get real with Christ Jesus!
