Greetings to you all my fellow brethren in Christ I hope I find you well wherever you are. Often at times we are overwhelmed by circumstances altogether and as a result we tend to sink into stressful situations which lead to depression. One thing is to be made clear and that is, anytime you find yourself overwhelmed is based on two factors;
i.You do not know who God is and have lost your trust in Him.
ii. You do not know who you are and you’ve lost trust in yourself.
God our Father is unfailing, He slumbers-not neither does He grow weary and there’s no searching for His understanding. The Father is more than willing to give/do us good everyday of our lives. We need to understand that He is an ever present help not sometimes but ever present in times of need.
I love what King David said in Psalm 61:2
[2]From the end of the earth will I cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed and fainting; lead me to the rock that is higher than I [yes, a rock that is too high for me].

Hear this, when you know that you know that God has been your Tabernacle you are not stressed out or drained out to defeat!
I say this again, when you are sure and totally convinced that God has been your fixed dwelling or your place of safety and provision, you are not overtaken by fear or hopelessness due to the vicissitudes of this life. In fact this is what happens, when you are overwhelmed/failed/feeble, you must know where and whom to turn to as David said lead me to the rock which is high than I.That word rock comes from the Hebrew word ts^ur to figuratively mean sharp/ strength/strong which denotes or speaks of the Mighty God (Christ Jesus).
So do not be overcome by circumstances but overturn your circumstances through and in Christ Jesus our Lord, because with Him you can do or accomplish all things!
