There is one particular thing I have discovered that a new born baby requires. This one thing they crave for and nothing more; milk! A new born baby doesn’t worry about money, clothes or anything else cos they know all this will be provided for. The trust they’re supply and needs will be met because whosoever is watching over them will make provision. All they need is milk whether from the breast or bottle.
Just a new born baby we must trust our Heavenly Father that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory.
I love what the Bible says here it says in, 1 Peter 2:2
Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure (unadulterated) spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto [completed] salvation,
It talks of spiritual milk that nurtures us and causes us to grow completely in our salvation, this means for growth to happen there has to be supply and for nurturing to take place there has to be provision.
What this shows is that our source for our lives both spiritually and physically is God, and by us coming to and trusting Him all we seek in life will be met and fulfilled.
Without Christ we have no life, no pasture, no progress, no success at all.
So this morning I woke up with a desire for the spiritual milk so that I be nurtured and grow to see many good days as I know and trust that He will meet me at my every point of need.
