Sons of the living God greetings to you all. I want you to learn declarations and to make declarations every Monday for the week. Listen the outcome of your week is based on the utterances that protrude from your own mouth. Learn to counteract every curse spoken against you by declaring a blessing over your life.
Job 22:27-29
[27]You will make your prayer to Him, and He will hear you, and you will pay your vows.
[28]You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of God’s favor] shall shine upon your ways.
[29]When they make [you] low, you will say, [There is] a lifting up; and the humble person He lifts up and saves.
Did you see that, anyone who will make you low or curse you the Lord will lift you up and bless you. Understand that there is a vast difference between prayer and a declaration!
A decree is made towards your circumstances/ surroundings and it means to decide or snatch- figuratively you are taking it by force merely by you saying so with your own mouth. You are speaking words to destroy curses and snares that would have been set against you, you are speaking words to break forth and penetrate through barriers and strongholds that are laid against you. This is placing a demand on your right as a Son of God. (see Matthew 11:12)
While on the other hand prayer is to God and it means to supplicate/beseech/beg God our Father to act on our behalf.
Many of us only pray and a few of us have mastered how to say to this mountain be moved and see the mountain move!
What made our Lord Jesus Christ significant and a cut above the rest is, He didn’t just pray but would decree!
We find in a certain case decreed to the wind to be still.
Hear this, a decree is a legally binding command and that power is given to us by God our Father as the scriptures above show. Brothers and sisters, it’s not every time that you need to pray certain things or times you have to make declarations!
Misfortune upon your life is as a result of either/or two things;
- Your failure to declare the outcome of your day(s).
- A decree made by someone against you.
So today learn and begin to make declarations in line with what the Word of God says, start in Deuteronomy 28:1-14.
