My fellow brethren in Christ joy, peace and love through Christ Jesus our Lord and Saviour. A few days ago as I was asleep I constantly heard the Word lethargic repeatedly and I began to meditate over this word and observing different people, including myself to see what we are going through and experiencing and I realised that most of not all of us are going through a season of lethargy.
Now lethargic means being sluggish, lifeless and inactive.
I observed in the realm of the spirit and I saw this demon called lethargy causing many to faint; to be drained and tired as far as praying and looking up to God is concerned. The Spirit of the Lord said to me this is a principality that has gripped the church and now many are taking sinful shortcuts to try and make ends meat because the enemy has deceived many and is leading them astray. This demonic spirit brings a sense of heaviness where Christ Jesus then called out and said,Matthew 11:
[28]Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.]
Listen yes, you have laboured/worked and is still working but it is never in vain, never on God’s watch!
So the Father said, ‘Announce to my Sons to come to a place of reckoning so they acquire revival for their faith and wellbeing! ‘
This means acknowledge that God loves you jealously and never fails or forsakes you, therefore He is turning the situation around and causing all things to work together for your good.
Listen things have been hard for many of us these past months I know that, and we have sighed and become hopeless due to the circumstances we are facing, yet there is hope for you and me somebody!
This says the Lord to you today, Galatians 6:
[9]And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.
There is an appointed season fast approaching that is designated just for you.
The Father is saying instead of becoming lethargic rather cry out to Him for heavens dew.
There is an urgent need to cry out for repentance and restoration.
Psalm 85:4-7 says,
[4]Restore us, O God of our salvation, and cause Your anger toward us to cease [forever].
[5]Will You be angry with us forever? Will You prolong Your anger [and disfavor] and spread it out to all generations?
[6]Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?
[7]Show us Your mercy and loving-kindness, O Lord, and grant us Your salvation.
I pray that may God our Father send down revival fire to quicken and revive us so that we can rejoice in Him again. I speak revival over your health, over your job, over your marriage, over your business, over your finances, over your clientele base, revival over your faith and total revival over your prayer life. Father rebuke that spirit of lethargy from off our lives and help us to arise and shine as Your Kabod Glory rise upon us in this time and set season in Christ Jesus’ Mighty name!
