Sons of God greetings to you all wherever you are. Now King David when he wrote the Psalms in several of them he would say Selah-meaning pause and think closely and carefully about it. Now I want to bring to the table today how we make rashed decisions within our lives without taking some time to- selah!
Let me ask you this, how many times do we take a moment to sit down and consider the steps we are about to take and the consequences or results of everything that we do?
The Lord Jesus Christ asked us this question in Luke 14:28 and said,
[28]For which of you, wishing to build a farm building, does not first sit down and calculate the cost [to see] whether he has sufficient means to finish it?
Sons of God today I want you and me to take some time to pause and count the cost of every action or deed that we do; for every word we speak because we all shall stand one day to give an account of why we chose to do it that way! On the same note let me take this opportunity to ask how many of us really inquire from the Lord before taking any step or a certain trajectory or speaking certain words?!
May the Lord help us to be not wise in our own understanding but to acknowledge Him in every decision we make so that we build wisely
