My fellow brethren in Christ greetings to you. Now I do not know what you are battling with and I do not know what has a hold over your life:
Sickness might have a hold over you;
Others it is alcohol that has a hold over you;
Somebody reading this pornography might have a hold over your life;
It might be an addiction to drugs- (a continuous reliance/ intake of painkillers even where there is no pain is an addiction);
For you maybe it’s sleeping around- promiscuity;
Yes, it might be a gambling problem;
Someone you might struggle with a lying tongue- the truth just can’t come out of your mouth;
Whilst for some it is prayerlessness-you feel lazy to pray;
And still for some you easily fall asleep when you try to study the Bible- unexplainable fatigue to the Bible.
All these and more have gotten hold of us one way or the other in our daily lives.
I make a decree and I declare that I refuse to have the devil and his cousins and children mess up what I have built up in God. I deny him access and power over my life in Christ Jesus’ Mighty name!
Hear me good, satan has no hold over you except that which you have given him!
Deal with that weakness and shortcomings through prayer and fasting, so that they stop being obstacles to your blessings and promotion!
Sons of God they are encumberances that we must fight-off, so that we have a right-standing with the Father which opens up the right passages for us to walk onto glory and virtue/efficacy/success/fruitfulness!
This, “I am only human, and besides God sees and knows my heart”, is a deceptive utterance leading to hell!
We are living on earth and us humans we see the flesh not your heart, so stop foolish, the devil is using you-wake up!!!
There is no excuse for sin and no matter how we try to sugar-coat it in these terminologies it leads to a failed destiny/barreness and death!
Our Lord Jesus Christ taught us to say no to ungodliness and to deny the devil from overpowering us!
John 14

30. I will not talk with you much more, for the prince (evil genius, ruler) of the world is coming. And he has no claim/hold/power on Me. [He has nothing in common with Me; there is nothing in Me that belongs to him, and he has no power over Me.]

Stupidity makes one say, “I have been trying but I don’t know what just happens”-the devil is a liar!!
There is no such thing as, “I don’t know what came over me…”
You know exactly what’s taking place, the devil came over you in the form of demons and you are allowing your evil desires from the devil conrtol you!
No demon enters a man without the man allowing it!
If you are born again and then you continue to walk in darkness it shows that you have allowed a certain power/hold/claim to take charge of your life and lifestyle!
Your flesh is not suppose to be in charge your Spirit man is!
Why allow your own mind fool you when it doesn’t even know what is out there?
Your mind is locked up in your skull and only works with information it receives from our senses(sight-smell-taste-touch), yet it rules your life!
Somebody hear me good- he has no hold over me and you just as he had no hold over Christ!
If Christ had done something of the devil surely satan would have made a claim of Jesus Christ!
Some of us just as in the book of Job 1, when the devil approches the Throne of God he has claims over your lives and so the Father though He loves us is disappointed by our doings. Put an end to having common ground with satan/demons/ and those who love to walk in darkness!
How can a Christian have similarities with that of satan- it shows who you belong to!
Its not what you say that counts/matters, we look at what you are doing if it matches up with the characteristics of Christ!
Stop messing up and start living right so that the Father can be the only one to have a claim/hold/power over you!
