My beloved friend they are certain situation at times that you find yourself caught up in that makes you feel or sense that you are finished as good as dead. I’m sure you can relate finding yourself in a tight spot and then concluding that this is the end. I want to encourage you right now that in that hopeless state and seemingly life threatening moment be very conscious and clearly aware that Christ Jesus is right there with you and for you.
I’m reminded of the disciples they were faced with the same predicament and cried out but Christ rebuked them and questioned where was their faith after calming the situation.
Mark 4:
[35]On that same day [when] evening had come, He said to them, Let us go over to the other side [of the lake].
[36]And leaving the throng, they took Him with them, [just] as He was, in the boat [in which He was sitting]. And other boats were with Him.
[37]And a furious storm of wind [of hurricane proportions] arose, and the waves kept beating into the boat, so that it was already becoming filled.
[38]But He [Himself] was in the stern [of the boat], asleep on the [leather] cushion; and they awoke Him and said to Him, Master, do You not care that we are perishing?
[39]And He arose and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, Hush now! Be still (muzzled)! And the wind ceased (sank to rest as if exhausted by its beating) and there was [immediately] a great calm (a perfect peacefulness).
[40]He said to them, Why are you so timid and fearful? How is it that you have no faith (no firmly relying trust)?

Child of God understand and realize that our Lord Jesus Christ came to outwit and destroy the very works of the devil and to show us that, yes it can be done and he did it and thus exclaimed it is finished!
So fear not neither be troubled because just as He rebuked the wind, Christ Jesus our Lord and Saviour will rebuke every storm in your life; only if you have unwavering faith in Him.
