Live a life of Serenity!

My beloved friend we ought to live our lives with serenity only then can we show/prove to be sincere in our faith. We need to understand that each individual’s time and season differs, as well also that each one of us has a special designated path that we have to tread on.
Peace of mind is never experienced by an individual that is bound by Intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. As a result, fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating and feeling tired may occur giving birth to various health issues that include:

Heart disease
Diabetes
Thyroid problems, such. as hyperthyroidism
Respiratory disorders, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma
Drug misuse or withdrawal
Withdrawal from alcohol, anti-anxiety medications (benzodiazepines) or other medications
Chronic pain or irritable bowel syndrome
Rare tumors that produce certain fight-or-flight hormones

As you can see from above these are very serious conditions with very serious consequences.
Hear me child of God, our Heavenly father hates to see us deteriorate to such a state because it affects our very livelihoods.
Now God knows our needs and the channel to which each and everyone of us will take thus He has said through Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:
[6]Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.
[7]And God’s peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

The very reason for this is that He that moves the world and causes the sun to rise and set is not only your Creator or Sustainer but He is with you each & every moment and also is readily set and available to meet with you at your point of need.
So let’s get praying such that through this we can not only experience peace temporarily, but dwell in it being fully aware that all our problems & needs are met in Christ Jesus’s name!
