My friend you and I have a choice to make. Our choices will determine the outcome of our lives. Choices are never easy to make that is why at times we live with regret when we would have made bad ones. Decisions need to be made prayerfully and with a clear conscience. We have the Holy Spirit to guide us in making the best decisions in life. In God and in walking in obedience to His word is the best choice we can meke because God our Father has our best interest at heart.
Deuteronomy 30:15-19 says See, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil.
[If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God which] I command you today, to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His ordinances, then you shall live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land into which you go to possess.
But if your [mind and] heart turn away and you will not hear, but are drawn away to worship other gods and serve them,
I declare to you today that you shall surely perish, and you shall not live long in the land which you pass over the Jordan to enter and possess.
I call heaven and earth to witness this day against you that I have set before you life and death, the blessings and the curses; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live.
What choices are you making today?
Upon every choice you make Christ Jesus has to be the foundation upon it all. Anything you choose outside Christ or the will of God is toxic for you. I urge you to weigh your options carefully.
