My friend we are in a month of chaos, a month of disorder according to the spiritual calendar. A month where the enemy is not strategizing but executing his evil desires. Halloween is celebrated this month and other demonic festivals. This is a month where sacrifices are made on evil altars against you. A month where in my culture you cannot marry(pay the bride prize). This is the month for us as believers to take time to fast and pray, a month we ought to be sober and vigilant. This is the month for higher spiritual activity. Do not be caught up in the devil’s web this month. Be spiritually sensible; be focused on Christ.
1 Peter 5:8-10 Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour.
Withstand him; be firm in faith [against his onset–rooted, established, strong, immovable, and determined], knowing that the same (identical) sufferings are appointed to your brotherhood (the whole body of Christians) throughout the world.
And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace [Who imparts all blessing and favor], Who has called you to His [own] eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will Himself complete and make you what you ought to be, establish and ground you securely, and strengthen, and settle you.
So make every effort to stand against the wiles of the devil.
