My friend what is it that you chatter about when you sitting in your house, and what is it that you speak of as well when you on the road, meeting up with friends by the wayside. What conversations make up your day?
God wants us to impress upon our hearts and also diligently teach our children and the future generations His commandments (WORD of God).
Deuteronomy 6:6-7 says, And these words which I am commanding you this day shall be [first] in your [own] minds and hearts; [then]
You shall whet and sharpen them so as to make them penetrate, and teach and impress them diligently upon the [minds and] hearts of your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down and when you rise up.
*To whet is to acuminate or to taper into point or simply impress. Once the word of God in you becomes incarnate or one with your DNA all of a sudden you will discover you speak nothing but the precepts(WORD) of GOD. It’s like your tongue becomes exactly God’s tongue and you begin to speak as He is speaking and to think inline and in sync with His thoughts further more you begin to operate and do as GOD would do if He were in your situation. Let us begin to reshape our future and current situations by impressing God’s word in our hearts and minds daily.
