My friend you must always be positive minded, this is done by thinking the best out of the worst case scenarios. For one to be defeated physically they’re firstly defeated mentally. Certain strongholds of the mind we have to utterly deny and destroy.
2 Corinthians 10:4-5 says, For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds,
[Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One),
We must employ a positive attitude of mind, what I mean is that what you tell yourself matters.
We need to begin by changing our confessions, Joel 3:10. Let the weak say, I am strong [a warrior]! [Isa. 2:4; Mic. 4:3.]
No matter what you facing you should tell yourself this throughout the day-‘I can do all things through Christ Jesus!’.
Yes speak it into existence versus what you facing. Tell yourself; preach to yourself that I am more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus!
Let the inner man be strengthened with might as you confess the Word. Come on somebody, even if you facing a difficult challenge say this boldly, “Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me.
Break the defeated-mindset and begin to rise and shine!
