The very reason we where saved was to make a difference in people’s lives,to change situations, to reverse curses, to heal the broken-hearts. My friend we as Christians were saved for a purpose. It is not that God wants slaves but that we show the world that the love of God by making a difference. The Lord Jesus Christ in trying to make us understand this said in Matthew 5:14-16
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck measure, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house.
Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.
My friend it is our duty as we are Holy Ghost filled let us arise and shine. Let us understand and see how much the world is wrapped up in darkness and crying out for redemption and thus do something about it. The world awaits, scripture says, For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship]. It is up to you my friend to bring the much needed change or transformation.
