Follow instructions!

My brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus our Lord greetings to you all. It is with a heavy heart that I write this today, because the Father revealed to me how much we are ignored as ministers of the gospel when we instruct or encourage someone to either pray, study the word or spend time in worship.
King Solomon wrote something powerful and said, Proverbs 4:1-7
[1]HEAR, MY sons, the instruction of a father, and pay attention in order to gain and to know intelligent discernment, comprehension, and interpretation [of spiritual matters].
[2]For I give you good doctrine [what is to be received]; do not forsake my teaching.
[3]When I [Solomon] was a son with my father [David], tender and the only son in the sight of my mother [Bathsheba],
[4]He taught me and said to me, Let your heart hold fast my words; keep my commandments and live. [I Chron. 28:9; Eph. 6:4.]
[5]Get skillful and godly Wisdom, get understanding (discernment, comprehension, and interpretation); do not forget and do not turn back from the words of my mouth.
[6]Forsake not [Wisdom], and she will keep, defend, and protect you; love her, and she will guard you.
[7]The beginning of Wisdom is: get Wisdom (skillful and godly Wisdom)! [For skillful and godly Wisdom is the principal thing.] And with all you have gotten, get understanding (discernment, comprehension, and interpretation). [James 1:5.]

If you read closely, King David gave instructions or words of encouragement to his son (king) Solomon, so that Solomon would get wisdom and you’ll find Solomon was the wisest king that ever lived before Christ.
So with this being said, they are certain things that God our Father reveals to some of us and we instruct others to do but how many do pay attention and apply what is asked of you?!
Listen we are all walking blindly in this world and not every expectation is met; I shall repeat this, it is not everything we desire that we get in this life.
You and I need to understand that our lives are all in God’s hands and it is He who determines where you’ll live and for how long you’ll live, but when it comes to the type of life you’ll live this is based on how to appropriate instruction!
In Psalm 32: 8 the Father says, Psalm 32:8-9
[8]I [the Lord] will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.
[9]Be not like the horse or the mule, which lack understanding, which must have their mouths held firm with bit and bridle, or else they will not come with you.

Some of us are like mules which have to be forced to comply, yet this is not how it should be my brothers and sisters.
Hear me well, stagnation and limitedness is as a result of one not willing to follow instruction. This might sound shrewd but poverty and lack is a choice because 4 lepers had a mindset shift and got themselves out of poverty. The widow at Zarephath followed Prophet Elijah’s instructions and got out of poverty and, the widow of the sons of the prophets listened to Prophet Elisha and followed his instructions which got her out of debt and poverty.
Somebody hear me, it is verily very important to follow and pay attention to instruction because this is the key to the door that you desire to see open.
Now my question today is how many of us have listened to instructions and put into practice what they’ve learnt/ been taught?
Surely ignorance is a killer according to Hosea 4:6.
I love what King Solomon said in the same chapter in verse 13 in the New Century Version (NCV), he says, Proverbs 4:13
Always remember what you have been taught, and don’t let go of it. Keep all that you have learned; it is the most important thing in life.
Let him/her that has an ear hear!
