My fellow brethren in Christ Jesus it is important to always believe in God. As people we tend to believe in so many things but when it comes to our Heavenly Father we seem not to trust God that His word is true and His promises will come to pass.
Encounters in life coupled with the deceptive words we hear from those around us keep us from trusting the Word of God upon our lives. When God speaks to you, He did not speak to everybody!
You need to make up your mind and evaluate your sources. 2 Chronicles 20:20
[20]And they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and you inhabitants of Jerusalem! Believe in the Lord your God and you shall be established; believe and remain steadfast to His prophets and you shall prosper.

Hear me well, it is important whom you incline your ear to and whom you believe. Our faith should be towards God not man. God establishes those who believe in Him and those who listen to the accurate teachings and instructions of Holy Ghost inspired men and women that speak on His behalf.
Frustration, depression and stress are birthed because you are not established. An established person in the word of God cannot be moved and is also established in materially, physically, emotionally and mentally. You cannot know God and of God, and remain impoverished. Believe God and in God and you shall be established.
