My fellow brethren in Christ Jesus’ I hope I find you well wherever you are. Hear me well today, Two things have caused us to be where we are in this life is:

1. Sin
2. Deception.
   Ask yourself this, if the world/land is truly healed then surely the majority prosper not just the minority. There is a deception that things will get better and this has blinded some people to focus on all the wrongs things. The fact that life is getting tougher and tougher and also that natural disasters are ever increasing is pointing to something greater and deeper than our comprehension. Matthew 24 outlines the patterns and category of the sufferingsof the times we are/will all go through!
   I want you to focus on what the word of God says in 2 Chronicles 7
3. If I shut up heaven so no rain falls, or if I command locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people,
4. If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.
5. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer offered in this place.

Verse 13 the Father speaks of 3 options He can do and what caught my attention is the third one; pestilence which means a deadly and overwhelming disease that affects entire communities. Watch this, no matter how many people argued to say we have had similar diseases in the past but basing on God’s word, He allows it to happen only if there is rampant sin on earth!
Covid-19 was a call unto repentance, for the Father says if we turn from our wicked ways, repent and turn to Him then will He hear from heaven, forgive our sins and heal our land!
Certain churches today focus on deceiving people with a horizontal gospel of “you shall buy a car, get married, be rich and buy houses”; whilst forsaking the vertical gospel of the message of the cross, and the message of repentance and salvation through faith in Christ Jesus!
Many nations are poverty-stricken and struggling to recover because sin is rampant there. Corruption is ripe and moral decay is increasing exponetially. Christianity is dwindling rapidly and church-goers are on the rise who attend church for a quick fix and not seeking after the heart and face of God.
Brothers and sister we are in perilous times and you and I need to buckle up and get our “A game” on if you and me want to be found amongst God’s elect. So starting now,soften your heart, hear the voice of God, repent and turn from the wicked ways, turn to God, pray and seek after Him earnestly for this is the time and season to worship Him in Spirit and truth!
