Hear me well Sons of God, any prophecy when it is given to empty vessels is poison. The devil is never moved or fearful of prophecy, but a man and woman that prays in Spirit and study God’s WORD Satan cannot stand. Without prayer and the study of the WORD to line-up and back up the prophecy given to you, you only fool yourself!
Understanding the will of God comes through understanding His WORD and this helps us to live accordingly for the fulfillment of the prophecy to take place. Many have received prophecies and gone to the grave without those prophecies coming to pass. What fuels the manifestation of the prophetic word is prayer and the study of the word of God.
Romans 8

26. So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.

The Holy Spirit cannot function in an individual who is prayerless and empty of the WORD of God. You might be full of the WORD from your pastor but empty as far as the WORD of God is concerned!
If a prophetic word is released it is a spiritual seed that needs nurturing through prayer and fasting and the study of the Bible in order for it to grow to maturity and bear fruit(manifest)!
Ephesians 3

20. Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]–

For the Father to do beyond our prayers, fulfill prophecy, our thoughts or dreams; it is by prayer and fasting and the study of the word in line with the prophetic-word given. Many believers are prayerless and don’t know the word of God for their own and neither have any fellowship with the Holy Spirit because their lives are filled with prophecy-syndrome(relying on receiving the prophetic word from the man of God). Being dependent on prophecy is pure signs of a prayerless and immature lifestyle as a believer because the very Bible we don’t study/read is very prophetic and so is the Holy Spirit whom we overlook. Don’t get me wrong do not despise prophecy given by the man of God, but test everything through prayer and the study of the word!
I say this again more clearly prophecy to a prayerless and wordless believer is poison! So don’t just get excited that you were prophecies to, but get praying and studying to show yourself approved, so that there can be nourishment for the prophetic word spoken making it to manifest.
