My fellow brethren in Christ Jesus greetings to you. Its is okay at times to be down but don’t be out! Often times we have an illusion that everything should be smooth yet just as normal as weather, certain seasons are dry and yield no rain. I heard the Father saying to me today, “Its okay to be down at times but don’t be knocked out, be shaken but not broken!”
2 Corinthians 4

8. We are hedged in (pressed) on every side [troubled and oppressed in every way], but not cramped or crushed; we suffer embarrassments and are perplexed and unable to find a way out, but not driven to despair;
9. We are pursued (persecuted and hard driven), but not deserted [to stand alone]; we are struck down to the ground, but never struck out and destroyed;

Always find your way up and out in Christ Jesus and refuse to remain down and under. Harness enough strength to pick yourself up again amidst all you go through. The Lord is your strength and lifter of your head. So always know, Jesus got this!
