My fellow brethren in Christ I hope I find you well. Now there is one determining factor that helps us remain nourished and refreshed in the Lord, and this is prayer!
A peaceful sleep is as a result of prayer!
Sweetdreams are as a result of prayer!
Visions are received as a result of prayer!
The terror of night is defeated through prayer!
The pestilence that walks in darkness is overthrown by prayer!
Confidence that God has your back is realized only if you are a prayerful individual!
Nightmares/bad dreams are only defeated through prayer!

9. In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for You, Lord, alone make me dwell in safety and confident trust.
   So what are you waiting for, instead of being tired to pray, awake yourself and pray because your adversaries are not too tired to attack!
