My fellow brethren in Christ you and I have an assignment to fulfil and that is to save someone from eternal damnation. Your neighbors are your mission,
Your classmates are your mission,
Your siblings are your mission,
Your colleagues at work are your mission,
You have to grow in the knowledge of God in order to be an effective soul winner that produces abiding fruit.
Jude 1:20-23
[20]But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
[21]keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
[22]And on some have compassion, making a distinction;
[23]but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh. Glory to God

The Father is glorified not only if we grow spiritually as Christians but rather true Christian maturity is seen when you are able to snatch people from the jaws of death/destruction/hell. You were saved well done because somebody shared the gospel with you, likewise do the same and share the goodnews with somebody who is in need of Salvation for in this will the Father be glorified through us!
