We are called to serve!

Sons of God blessings to you. There is a thought-provoking passage scripture that I want us to ponder on today. Before we delve into it may I ask are you found faithful?
Are you humble?
Can you be trusted, because some of you don’t even trust yourselves!
As a man or woman of God are you humble or you see yourself as the righteous one!
As a Christian/Believer do you see others better off than you are or you see yourself as a saint.
1 Corinthians 3

  1. So let no one exult proudly concerning men [boasting of having this or that man as a leader], for all things are yours,
  2. Whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas (Peter), or the universe or life or death, or the immediate and threatening present or the [subsequent and uncertain] future–all are yours,
    &
    1 Corinthians 4
  3. SO THEN, let us [apostles] be looked upon as ministering servants of Christ and stewards (trustees) of the mysteries (the secret purposes) of God.
  4. Moreover, it is [essentially] required of stewards that a man should be found faithful [proving himself worthy of trust].

No man or woman of God is greater than the other!
The church is suffering today because of title-syndrome. Are we not all children of God?
If Pauls says us Apostles as ministering servants of Christ, is not the sheep(church) then greater in value to Christ than the man or woman of God.
Christ commissioned Peter to shepherd, feed & tend the sheep. This means to love, guide/direct/usher and to be responsible for the church/souls of men!
Apostles/Pastors/Prophets/Evangelists/Teachers, Hear this, Paul says Apostle are ministering servants of Christ and trustees. Our powers of administration as man and women of God is to keep or be agents of Christ to serve His children the church, not have the church serve us!
David the king shows this attitude by saying, I’d rather be a doorkeeper in the house of the Lord…Psalm84:10.
We are anointed to serve and empowered to take care God’s children as a supervisor!
If you seek to be great then be the servant of them all. A true leader is found in servanthood not bosshood. Unless you are willing to serve you can’t be a leader. Unless you walk, talk and live in humility, you can’t be a true/good leader. Sons of God if you seeking God to elevate you then walk-talk- behave humbly cos it is required in stewardship/supervising that as a man or woman of God you will be found loyal/trustworthy. Can God trust you with the anointing/gifts of the Holy Spirit/ the blessing and/or His church(the sheep)?
As a church leader or a believer/Christians, can God count on you to represent Him faithfully?
