Sons of God I greet you in Christ Jesus’ Mighty name!
True growth is not of age but of mind.
I have seen 40 year old babies!
I have seen baby Christians having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof!
As you age in body, make it your goal to mature in wisdom for this is key to growth.
If you remain a child of God, it means you are just as good as a servant and does not enjoy the benefits of sons.
In Galatians 4 Paul explains it clearly and says; Galatians 4

1. Think of it this way. If a father dies and leaves an inheritance for his young children, those children are not much better off than slaves until they grow up, even though they actually own everything their father had.
   Hear this, Christ died and gave us an inheritance but until and unless we grow up we will only receive servant things.
   Growing up or developing mentally and spiritually is your duty, not something you can pray about!
   You can never fast and pray your way to maturity, but you can study and do research for yourself to maturity!
   The word of the Lord, said in Luke 2
2. Jesus grew in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and all the people.

If Christ increased in wisdom and stature by spending time in the temple, you too must spend time with the Father and increase in your knowledge of God and His ways, only then are you mature or grown because you have wisdom of certain secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven that places you at an advantage in this life!
If faith comes by hearing God’s word, understand that wisdom is birthed and grows also through studying the WORD of God, and then you will receive favour from the Father and with men, and you are able to do wonders and/or exploits in Christ Jesus’ name!
