Greetings child of the Most High God in Christ Jesus’ Mighty name, I hope I find you well today?
Listen the foundation that you build upon is very very important. If you build your Year or life on a bad foundation your structure/investments/efforts will amount to nothing!
Attention must be paid as to where you choose to start building and on how you will build.
In Matthew 7 our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ said;

24. So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts upon them [obeying them] will be like a sensible (prudent, practical, wise) man who built his house upon the rock.
25. And the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.
26. And everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do them will be like a stupid (foolish) man who built his house upon the sand.
27. And the rain fell and the floods came and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell–and great and complete was the fall of it.

Okay, let me explain this, anything/everything you decide to built without and/or outside Christ and His will for your life will eventually die, due to the vicissitudes of life all will be tested and since the foundation won’t be strong it will result in total failure!
So do not fool yourself- every foundation matters. This is 2023, what foundation are you building upon?
As we in the 1st Month of the year- the number 1 in biblical meaning stands for unity between God the Father and Christ Jesus the son ; this speaks of unity of purpose, oneness. So child of God are you one with the Father by having Christ as your firm foundation upon every plan and desire that you seek to build and fulfil this year?
Be one with the Father and build upon Christ our firm foundation by prayer and committing all you do to the Father in Christ Jesus’ Mighty name!
