Secretively Give!

My good friend I was pondering over an error or rather must I say a principle we overlook when extending our hand of kindness to someone in need. The world today is filled with so many hypocrites such that you begin to question the intentions and motives of a person’s actions. To be a blessing to someone be it financially or materially is something you should do out of purity and above all not expecting the gratitude from people but from God who clearly honours a man who masters to do things in secret. Anyone who wants to take credit for giving is not a giver but a loan officer because they expect to get an applause or a well done from people, yet God is not pleased at all with such an individual!
If you help or support anyone and you count the cost of what you have given before because they came back to seek your aid again then my friend you haven’t started giving. Some people give and boast about it and due to that they have failed to uphold the principle of giving which God our Father honours. Giving must never be publicized but it must be done in secret and only known by your right hand and not your left to show how secretive your giving must be.
The Lord Jesus Christ said in Matthew 6:
[1]TAKE CARE not to do your good deeds publicly or before men, in order to be seen by them; otherwise you will have no reward [reserved for and awaiting you] with and from your Father Who is in heaven.
[2]Thus, whenever you give to the poor, do not blow a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites in the synagogues and in the streets like to do, that they may be recognized and honored and praised by men. Truly I tell you, they have their reward in full already.
[3]But when you give to charity, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,
[4]So that your deeds of charity may be in secret; and your Father Who sees in secret will reward you openly.
