My dear friend there is a level or magnitude that you and I must reach in order for us to recieve from the Word of GOD. You need to forgo certain things so that the real deal comes. There must be an earnest desire for the pure spiritual milk which produces the subtsance of things hoped for and evidence of the invisible. I love what Peter says in 1 Peter 2:1-2 SO BE done with every trace of wickedness (depravity, malignity) and all deceit and insincerity (pretense, hypocrisy) and grudges (envy, jealousy) and slander and evil speaking of every kind.
Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure (unadulterated) spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto [completed] salvation.
Praise God cos once we master this craving it will dilapidate every lack, weakness, need and want from your life in Christ Jesus’s name!
