My friend today go to church if you can’t attend physically stream online. Do what it takes to have a platform where you can pray. Philippians 4:6 says, Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.
So make and take time to be in a Church service. Fear and worry grip you because you wouldn’t have prayed. When you pray God hears and answers. When you silent and ignore fellowship time you are not edified at all. Prayer is the sound that activates heaven on earth. Thanksgiving and praise then releases heaven’s best.
