My friend it is not just about studying the WORD of God but it is all about having that word be a part of you and you living it out each day. The purpose of studying the word of God is that we become one with the WORD of God. John 1:14 says, And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth. [Isa. 40:5.]
The WORD of God is made alive by us when we outlive it. Hear this Christ Jesus outlived the WORD by fulfilling what it said. Our bodies are vessels designed to out-show the WORD of God. We must have the WORD incarnate through us- this means it must come alive with us. Unless and until we live it out the word of God will remain an ordinary book to some people because they have to see evidence of what it says through us.
