Christ Jesus won the “sinners” by love and not by accusations nor judging.
Accusing / judging /pointing fingers to a “sinner” does not show the love of God but the absence of it.
The Lord Jesus said if any of you is without sin,let him cast the first stone.(John 8:7)
Truth be told if you feel or tell yourself you are better off than your neighbor, then my friend you are two steps away from hell. Paul says in Philippians 2:3
Do nothing from factional motives [through contentiousness, strife, selfishness, or for unworthy ends] or prompted by conceit and empty arrogance. Instead, in the true spirit of humility (lowliness of mind) let each regard the others as better than and superior to himself [thinking more highly of one another than you do of yourselves].
The love of God must teach us to esteem and pray for our neighbors and not to downcast them. God is love, so we ought to be love as well.
Jude 1:23
[Strive to] save others, snatching [them] out of [the] fire; on others take pity [but] with fear, loathing even the garment spotted by the flesh and polluted by their sensuality.
What are you striving for; to show how great or better off you are or to help someone be the best they can be?
It is so sad how we are so quick to judge and play god than we are to love. Try love because it is way much better and rewarding to love.
