Hear me the very fact that you managed to see the light of day and breath the breathe life, is sure reason for you to get on your knees and say heavenly Father thank you.
Psalm 136:1-3 says,
O GIVE thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever.
