My fellow brethren in Christ Jesus, we understand clearly that God cannot be mocked and each one of us shall reap what we have sown. I say this with a heavy heart but most of us are missing it totally!
Never do anything to please your fellow man but rather do everything to please God. The applause you get from people can never be matched to the glory you will earn from pleasing God.
How about each day you live for,” Well done good and faithful servant” , directly from the Master Himself. This thing of wanting titles and accolades from men is a gateway to hell; It is the special ingredient for pride which ends up in falling.
On social media, if you are posting your whatsoever posts for accolades then surely you are doomed!
If you rather post your posts for spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, then glory be to God our Father!
Galatians 1: 10 the Apostle Paul wrote and said, ” For do I now persuade (try to win the favour of) men or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ!
This verse is very clear if you choose to please men or to receive accolades from men or popularity with men then definitely you are not of Christ Jesus at all.
Brothers and sisters is it all worth it to gain the whole world and yet lose your own soul?!
